Fixed Rate

Longer finance term

  • Features: We have the ability to extend the finance term beyond the standard 30 years – of course, if you are on a variable rate you can still pay off your finance earlier.
  • Benefits: This will lower your overall monthly payment and assist you with your personal cash budgeting.

Low Deposit Finance

Offset Accounts

Redraw

  • Features: A redraw facility is a feature that allows customer to access (or “redraw”) any extra repayments they have made on their finance over and above their required monthly payments.
  • Benefits: This provides flexibility for customer who may overpay on their home finance with the aim of reducing their rental rate payable and finance term, but who also want the peace of mind knowing they can access these extra funds if needed.

  • Benefits: Ideally suited to self employed individuals or business owners who may not have traditional proof of income, but can demonstrate their ability to service finance in other ways.
